eChocolates.com (http://www.echocolates.com/) is the exclusive importer and distributor of Michel Cluizel in the US. Other featured chocolatiers include Chocolat Moderne, Fritz Knipschildt, and Marquise de Sevigne, plus low-carb chocolates from Yamate.

For professional pastry chefs they also import and distribute products from Sevarome and PCB among others.

UPDATE(S):

We learned during the 2004 Summer Fancy Food Show that eChocolates will soon no longer be the exclusive importer and distributor for Cluizel. The Cluizel family has decided to take over distribution in the United States, setting up its own office. It’s too soon to tell what this will mean for eChocolates. In the meantime, eChocolates has introduced a new line of their own manufacture Plantations made using 100% Ecuadorian cacao. Available on both bar (for eating) and brick (for cooking) formats, Plantations is available in 65%, 75%, 90%, and 100% formulations.
