The Seventh Annual Chocolate show is scheduled for November 11th through 14th, 2004 in New York City.

The venue will be the same as the last several years, the Metropolitan Pavilion located between 6th and 7th Avenues on 18th Street. This year I have been told that the organizers of the Chocolate Show (Events International, who also organize the Salon du Chocolats in Paris and Tokyo) have secured the use of the Altman Pavilion, significantly increasing the available amount of floor space. Hopefully it won’t be quite as crowded as in previous years.
